About personal training
Your personal trainer will create a one-to-one fitness programme for you, that will motivate and guide you to achieve your chosen goals. Whether you choose to lose weight, or gain muscle, or to achieve another goal, your personal trainer will teach you and help you to exercise properly during workouts to obtain the results you need.
A personal trainer costs £30 for a 1:1 virtual session, or £65 for an in-person 1:1 session in a location of your choice.

All our one to one personal training sessions, last for one hour. However, you can book more than one session at a time to extend your workout.
