To prepare for your virtual training session make sure the space around you is clear, removing any possible hazards. Check that you have a strong wifi connection and enough space to open out your arms.

For your in-person session, be sure your personal trainer can find you, if you are meeting outside in addition to marking your location, mention in the notes a clear area to meet, for example outside Hyde Park Station next to Prett.
