I have experience teaching people of various ages and abilities and I continue to learn to bring what I've practiced in my own laboratory to others. What matters for me is that there's an element of joy in it. Over the years I've practised different techniques such as contemporary dance, ballet, Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Pilates, release, contact improvisation and choreography. I also have a dedicated daily meditation practice. Those techniques enhance my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. My approach is to help people get comfortable in their own bodies and bring an overall sense of balance. I'm friendly and I love to work in a relaxed atmosphere with a healthy sense of challenge. I adapt to what a client would like to focus on and also offer suggestions if they're unsure of what they want. It's important to just start whether you'd would like to relax, improve your flexibility, strength, sense of balance or overall fitness.
