Mandy qualified in 2014 with my 200-hour teacher training at Younique Yoga in London. After this, Mandy practiced and studied at the Pattabhi Jois Institute in Mysore, India. Her classes are usually a fun fusion of creative sequences with beautiful music suitable for all levels. Mandy always aims to encourage, motivate, and get her clients to work intuitively with their bodies. To be happy where they are right now, and to do the best that can do that day. Not only does Yoga give you strength, endurance, and flexibility but it teaches, self-love, strength, compassion, to make peace with the past, and relish the future. Join Mandy for a Vinyasa Flow, a contemporary style of yoga, where you flow from one position to another synchronizing breath with creative movement in an initiative and playful way or a Yin Flow which combines with internal awareness and introspection, the practice of Yin can also become a highly meditative tool to cultivate inner stillness. Long hold postures to delve deeply into the body and mind. To challenge yourself, Mandy can practise Sculpt with you which is a high-energy flow class that incorporates yoga postures, free weights, or bodyweight, and cardio. Set to upbeat music, this is a fusion of yoga-inspired movements a full-body strengthening workout in a fun group class. All designed to complement your yoga practice.
