For Cristina, Yoga is not only physical exercise but it is a lifestyle, an introspective and meditative journey. Her sessions are Hatha based including relaxation and breathing techniques to increase the flow of prana through the body, which will recharge the body and mind. Cristina will teach you the five principles of yoga of asanas, breathing, diet, positive thinking and meditation. She can teach from beginner to advanced classes, for pregnancy, and over 60s. Depending on the student, she can offer an intensive or soft session with a relaxed and friendly approach.
