David has over 11 years experience with teams and athletes and some of the biggest gyms in London. His own personal fitness journey saw him losing 5 stone and develop an extensive martial arts background in judo, taekwondo, kung fu, Krav Maga and boxing. David’s training is mindset centric and specialises in injury rehabilitation, weight loss and confidence building. He likes to encourage and inspire confidence and competence in you that will translate into your daily lives. Expect to work hard in an intelligent and focused manner and work with David to set small micro-goals to keep you motivated on your journey towards your own bigger picture.
