Tina has been empowered by Yoga to become resilient physically and mentally, because Yoga develops flexibility, stamina, relieves stress, energises you and the breath work supports the inner peace of each individual. Yoga is freedom which Tina practices and cultivates on and off her mat using the principles of data (truth) and ahimsa (non-violence) towards her mind, body and soul. She is passionate about teaching and sharing this style of yoga which is also meditative and brings relaxation of the brain, body, mind, a deeper connection with you and an alignment with the universe. Tina can utilise her abilities to the maximum by teaching and delivering an efficient safe and inclusive class and the style is Neuroepigenetic Yoga. Tina tries encouraging her clients to have a regular yoga practice, so they will begin to feel and see a positive difference to their wellbeing. Tina uses Yoga Nidra and the Himalayan Singing bowl at the end of the sessions to give a fluid meditative flow, relieve stress, rejuvenating, get mental clarity and focus on relaxation towards the end of every session.
