Coming from a fitness background I understand the importance of building both strength and flexibility through yoga, the benefits of being mobile for both people who need more flexibility to compliment an active lifestyle, and people who have a fairly sedentary lifestyle with an office job. Finding a strong love for meditation and a slower pace of life recently, I tune in to mindfulness and listening to your body’s needs.
