I adopt a playful approach to training and love to explore different ways to move. I practice and draw inspiration from a variety of disciplines including weight training, pilates, yoga, barre, animal flow and calisthenics. I work closely with my clients to help them reach their goals, build strength, improve their posture and increase their mobility and flexibility whilst having fun at the same time.
