Antoinette adopts a playful approach to training and loves to explore different ways to move. Her practices and session draws are inspired from a variety of disciplines including weight training, pilates, yoga, barre, animal flow and calisthenics. Antoinette works closely with her clients to help them reach their goals, build strength, improve their posture and increase their mobility and flexibility whilst having fun at the same time.
