I first found yoga 9 years ago after joining a gym, however it wasn't until 3 years ago that I caught the yoga bug. Spending years working in the corporate world, I needed a way to relax and unwind and found that yoga was the perfect anecdote to an otherwise busy lifestyle. Yoga helped me to heal mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Because of this, I have never been more inspired and motivated to give the gift of yoga to everyone she comes into contact with. I teach beginner?s yoga, vinyasa flow classes and Yin. Another interest I found on my Yoga journey was the power of Sound Healing and how this can improve the well-being of others. Sanne is able to use authentic Tibetan Sound Healing Bowls and the HAPI drum to enhance the relaxation of her students in her classes.
