Growing up Casey was extremely active studying ballet for 10 years with the Royal Academy of Dance and Casey feels now the strongest she has ever been mentally and physically by working in the fitness and health industry. Having worked the standard 9-5 job, she knows all too well how easy it is to let your health and fitness fall to the side while living and working in London - but Casey is here to show and prove to clients that fitness is not an obstacle and it can work within day-to-day life. Casey wants to show you that health and fitness are not always about the drastic transformations, becoming a fitness obsessed person and eating only lettuce for the rest of your days to see results. The focus will be on goals set out into small term, medium and long term goals to keep you motivated, to build confidence and to give you a positive experience in the progress to achieve your final goals. Focussing on the work closely with all clients on every step of the way to ensure they are building knowledge and guiding them so that they achieve the all their goals. Sharing her knowledge and experience with you it is most importantly to give you self-confidence in your ability to achieve any goals you set and to help you lead a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle. Casey will keep sessions fun and exciting but offering different and new routines, so you never know what is coming next! Depending on personal goals, Casey offers sessions with a mix of HIIT, resistance training, co-ordination and technique building break-down tutorials.
