For Jonathan, there is no overtraining, every training is to the point that the session is enjoyable and fun without trying to burn out. His sessions are friendly, knowledgable, and fun. By getting a client to enjoy what they are doing to take every client at a pace they can handle and integrate diets in addition slowly. Jonathan’s approach is that if a client trains a few times per week and eats slightly well they will reach their goals quite easily. Nutrition is the key to most aspects of health and using Jonathan’s nutrition programs gives a person's body both, internal and external health. With a strong focus on correcting a person's postural position to create good alignment in their bodies, Jonathan includes fundamental elements of Stretching in his sessions to increase postural balance and prevent injuries. Stretching as a key element will help to push a client's energy from a fight or flight zone into a rest and digest state. Stretching helps to reduce joint pain, it helps with muscle hydration and blood circulation, stretching helps to keep muscle looking lean and healthy and it can also stop such things as back, shoulder, and neck pain. To improve the outcome of each and every session, Jonathan will include wellness and nutrition aspects. The whole point of wellness elements is to get that person not only to feel good about themselves, it should also help to clear up any health issues they may have.
