I believe it all starts from the core. While each class may focus on a different theme, core strength and posture remain central to build a strong foundation for each person's practice. We can all achieve our most challenging goals by tapping into our strengths to get there - whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual strengths! Breaking that down further, my specific training style is personalised, empowering, and challenging. Each session I run is about my client and what they need and want on that specific day to develop their personal practice. And if you aren't sure what you need or want, I will use my coaching skills to help you progress to a positive result. In addition to yoga teaching, I am also an executive coach. Through my job as a coach, I know that one of the biggest barriers to achieving a goal is understanding the underlying reason for that goal - that is the difference between keeping and losing your motivation. I will work with my clients, as both a yoga teacher and coach, to help them achieve their yoga goals! I truly care about what each of my clients need and want. As someone who transformed my yoga practice through self-practice, I understand that no body, no day, no hour is the same and that each practice is a unique opportunity to move towards your ultimate goal. I am excited to empower, motivate, and educate each client on their personal journey.
