After having found yoga 14 years ago, it gradually has become a way of healing and growing in Loreta’s lifestyle. Certified in Holistic Massage, Ayurveda therapies and Reiki, she incorporates this transferable and experiential knowledge into her yoga teaching, giving it real clarity and depth. Loreta carefully plans a class that emphasises warming up, stronger dynamic flow and cooling down, allowing her students to safely enjoy creative flowing sequence. Combining Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, she will tailor her classes to her client’s needs and goals. Inviting her students to connect with their mind and body through breathing, practicing mindfulness, this allows them the space to experience asana (yoga pose) on their own. Moreover, she will gladly share her meditation knowledge and yoga philosophy. Being a mature teacher and having the life experiences that she has had, clients can expect a developed a great sense of empathy and compassion in her communication of Yoga. Loreta is able to make students feel that they are always in a safe and nurturing environment.
