Combining cardio and strength exercises, Gemma has formulated a combination that has such positive impacts on the mind and body. Gemma believes being positive and approachable is key to success by being able to read people, what they want and the catering a specific journey to achieve their goals. Each session is different and Gemma is keeping her programming fresh and exciting to keep clients motivated and engaged. Always keeping things friendly and incorporating high-intensity exercises but also including slightly lower pace strength and stretching exercises. First of all, Gemma will select achievable goals with you and keeping you motivated not only in the session but in between offering support both physically and mentally. Gemma is a big fan of functional training, using bodyweight and weighted exercises to not only improve cardio fitness but to build strength and overall wellbeing. Everything will be done with a smile, pushing clients but also building their confidence and make them create a positive relationship towards fitness and exercise.
