I have a strong passion for fitness, wellbeing and happiness, I began my fitness journey at a very young age having been inspired by my father. I am a black belt and have specialised in Taekwondo, karate and Jiu Jitsu. I spent time coaching football and ran circuits at the local YMCA club. I love to run, it helps me clear my mind and order my thoughts, this pastime has become a way of life and has reflects in my training style. My sessions are inspired by martial arts, suitable for all levels of fitness and will help you progress towards your goal at a pace suited to you.
