My fitness journey started about six years ago when I was an unhealthy 17 stone young man, living on a diet of McDonald’s. My health was suffering and I couldn’t even power walk for a short distance, then my son was born and this was my turning point. I decided to get healthier, fitter and stronger and my own fitness journey began. In a short space of time, I changed from an unhealthy 17 stone to a toned and healthy 14 stone through regular exercise and lifestyle changes. I specialise in body transformation strength training and fat loss, I often incorporate HIIT as the main form of cardio. My own experiences with health and fitness has made me more compassionate and understanding of other people; its spurs me on to help people become the best version of themselves. I’m based in North London, but travel to anywhere in London. I usually stay within the confinements of Zones 1 - 3.
