Starting a program with Jo will start by recognising the goals and then breaking them down into smaller sections and actioning to practice/tackle them in this less daunting way to determine what is the restriction, is there any mind and limiting beliefs in the subconscious preventing the goals? If so, where do these come from and how can we rewrite these stories? Jo's sessions include prana (breathing), asana (postures), savasana (relaxation) and meditation, and the sessions can be totally tailored around a theme, emotion, body part, focus or intention based on an individual person by person approach to understand how bodies and minds are mixtures of past life experiences, conditions, beliefs, lifestyle, environment, energetic chakras and ancestral life. Jo takes great honour in working intuitively to best serve her clients for the ultimate highest good. Combined formal teachings working with the physical body, energy work, breathing, and meditation and also listening to the wisdom of remembering that resides within Jo, following guidance from spirit, Jo aims to create a space sacred space for the client to feel comfortable to express and relax. As a Facilitator/Teacher and Therapist of self-healing, Jo works with various modalities with the aim for overall optimal wellness, on the whole, holistically, body, mind, and spirit.
