Marc helped many clients to reach goals in the past in weight loss through his very dynamic and very complex and advanced training sessions.He takes a welcoming approach to training, although he will ask a lot from you as you will train effectively to tackle any challenges. With very diverse sessions, clients enjoy different sessions with training videos and programmes to follow up and get faster to your set goals and to keep clients healthy, Injury free and mobile. With a holistic approach training clients, Marc looks at all elements of lifestyle and adept at changing training programmes fitting to every client’s needs, because Marc strongly believes in long term sustainable changes through exercise. Spending 12 years travelling the world and Marc learnt aspects of Yoga, Animal Flow, Callisthenics and fuse these techniques to create a effective, enjoyable yet intense form of training. Being a 100% plant based and not consuming any processed foods, Marc practices what he preaches to clients that everyone should eat real food, follow a well designed training programme that is highly adaptable. With a 400m track and field sprinter, Marc competed over a 12 year period at relatively high level and trained with several Olympic medalists for over 10 years. Movements that are needed in everyday life are incorporated by keeping sessions dynamic, with elements of Plyometrics, Co-ordination, balance and skill which you can integrate in your lifestyle.
