Through motivation and tracking - Lisa is making sure to increase your fitness. Goals are great to have and you will reach them in a realistic time frame together with Lisa, but sometimes life does get in the way, so if you have booked a PT session with Lisa and you are feeling stressed out, then you can do a yoga session instead. Be your listening ear and help you not only with fitness goals, but also with life-goals. Lisa's approach towards movement has become holistic which is why she chose to not only to become a Personal trainer but also a Yoga instructor, to broaden the methods as a trainer and to be able to take these same methods to her clients. Lisa's style is to encourage and also build confidence - have travelled most of the world to witness different forms of dance and exercise, Lisa can find the right approach for every individual to be able to move the body freely and with confidence.
