I specialise in yoga and stretching and have been doing yoga for nearly a decade now. I grew up practicing yoga, and my first session was with my mum when I was eight years old. My mum was a great influence in growing my love for yoga. I not only got into the practice from my mum, but I used to have back problems, and since doing yoga, I have had no back pain since. It has truly helped me with alignment and making me feel refreshed and relaxed before I start my day. I love practicing Hatha yoga because of the calm and mindful poses involved. My sessions are more mindful then hardcover and I work closely together with my clients to help get them into a meditative state.
