I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years now and have a true passion for being physically active. My sessions are fun and varied, and I love to incorporate weight training and resistance into my sessions, all whilst focusing on my clients individual goals. I love working with people and encouraging them to live a healthier life. You will leave my sessions feeling refreshed and electrified.
