Having done a range of sports at competitive levels from Judo, to Handball, and Obstacle Course Racing, Simon has a dynamic approach to his training. Specialising in Boxing, Pre/Post Natal, Conditioning, and Stretching, he has helped people recover from a range of injuries, from twisted ankles, to car accident-related trauma. He has also helped people with Body Transformation, helping clients reach their desired weight/health goals. Clients can expect to “get the abs of their dreams!”, and to be able to run further and faster than they thought was ever possible. By setting weekly goals, Simon will make sure that he does everything that the can to help his clients get closer and closer to their fitness goals. With a background in stand up comedy, this enables him to make every session fun for his clients. For Simon, it is really rewarding to see a client’s life transform. It’s not the physical change that he finds the most rewarding, but the mental one ; seeing people become happier and more confident is the most wonderful thing in the world to him.
