Cinzia is a kind, motivational and friendly teacher who supports, gives good instruction and focusses on individual goals and bodies. By creating progressive programmes with appropriate exercises and instructions, clients can feel better the results and include the effective practises in their daily life to achieve their goals. Every session focusses on technique and good performance of the exercises, so that every client is happy and satisfied after every session with Cinzia. By creating a fun environment and making sure every client enjoys the time spent during the session, Cinzia is not loosing the focus on everyone’s needs and the progressions to achieve. Breathing is the first principle of Pilates, it's vital for life but also in Pilates to connect movements of the body and spirit which is helpful to correct the posture, develop and use the core strength. Using the deep core muscles, the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor to support our posture will allow the shoulders to relax, the neck and head to move freely, and to relieve stress on the hips, legs and feet.
