Biography

Anthony entered fitness because as a teenager he was extremely underweight and unfit, but once he began training his health and self confidence soared. He wants to offer this same opportunity to others. Anthony does not believe that shouting out the athletes is beneficial, instead Anthony is encouraging the client who don’t have the belief that they can reach their goals. Their greatest barrier is their own doubt. Anthony is looking into erasing these doubts and make them leave the session on a high! Anthony is programming each session and supports every sessions’ goal with the right music.
