About me

As a professional ballet dancer, Sania worked with Opera de Lyon, Toulouse and La Rochelle in France, and Opera of Hannover and Rostock in Germany. However, after an injury, she used Pilates to rehabilitate and maintain and improve her fitness. Sania trained as a Pilates instructor with Alan Herdman, body Balance bring to my sessions an extensive knowledge of exercise and a warm, caring nature. In her sessions, Sania explains what is important to prioritise and pay attention too, helping you understand your body, through stretches and exercises for stability and control
