Customers can expect fun sessions, something new, something they haven’t done previously and most importantly results every client can expect an individual plan to achieve results and goals. Trying out new ways of training, seeing what works for some and not others is one of the main workout design techniques with Jamil. Each person is different which is the reason why Jamil is trying to find individual plans for every and each client. Training seriously several days a week and preparing for competitions, Jamil’s own training involves incorporating various training types to reach a certain goal so the knowledge he is gaining from his trainings builds a great basis to develop further workout ideas for his clients. Jamil sees himself as a forever student of his own craft and tries to encourage his clients to be theirs.
