Elliot, Former ABA Boxing Coach specialises in Boxing and Kickboxing as an addition to Personal Training and has a huge passion for martial arts and fitness exercises. He has been boxing for 10 years and worked with hundreds of people over the years achieving their fitness goals. Now is the time to reach your goals and you have a blast doing it! Elliot aims that you enjoy the process of transformation and improvement and reap the progress with regularly checks, adjustments and updates of plans in order to achieve success. For Elliot, Boxing and Kickboxing are the best forms of training to build strength, lose weight & improve one's cardio simultaneously.
