With Julia’s background in Dance, her Yoga style developed towards a focus on fluidity in movement to release tension in the joints and muscles, energise the body, improve agility, reduce stress and increase flexibility. Tailoring every session encouraging and inspiring you, by finding the right movements for your abilities, Julia wants you to enjoy every suited and accessible session. She will tailor sessions to improve your weaknesses, so that every session strengthens your body movements and carefully brings you closer to your goals. Strength, Stretch and Breath can get your body to a higher fitness level and to get into relaxation from everyday’s stress.
