I have accumulated over 10 years of dedicated practice, I am highly passionate about helping and inspiring others towards living a healthier and more fulfilled way of life. I specialise in Hatha flow and Ashtanga yoga and will aim to make each class suitable for varying levels, from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners. My teaching style incorporates asana (physical postures) practice with modification and progression options to suit individual abilities, as well as pranayama (breathing) and relaxation techniques. Both yoga and massage therapy sessions will be tailored to your personal needs. My massage method draws inspiration from both Ayurvedic massage and Iyengar yoga, working on many levels– physical, emotional, mental, energetic. We will work with the breath, so that the nervous system can let go and release tension, and this process can be effective as well as pleasant and effortless.
