By connecting motivational music with injury recovery practice, postural correction, as well as a relaxation and calming practice. Deborah’s Pilates sessions are focused on the breath, coordination, strength, core and precision control of your body. Individual goals play a huge role in Deborah’s Pilates sessions by creating a progressive exercise plan. There will be milestones and lots of motivation from start to finish.
