I used to compete as a dancer in many disciplines of dance and also taught dance at dance schools before I found my love for Pilates. I’ve been training in Pilates for about 6 years. I got into it after an old dancing injury flared up and I was amazed at the healing results and how strong it made my body. I’m trained with STOTT and STEINER and specialise in Mat Work Basic and Intermediate. Pilates is a discipline for everyone and quite varied; it can be a fast-paced demanding workout, it can heal alignment and injuries or serve as a form of relaxation.
