I was lucky to be introduced to yoga at primary school and have been practicing ever since, for the past fifteen years. In 2016, I spent three months training to teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in the Indian Himalayas. I specialise in mindful, alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and cater for all levels and ages. I also teach yoga for children, parent and toddler yoga and mindfulness meditation.
