Anna uses both styles for two different objectives. Hatha yoga is used to create and tone muscle while Vinyasa is utilized to improve your cardiovascular endurance. Anna begins her sessions by outlining your expectations and seeing which style or mix of styles would be most appropriate for you. Although Anna has only been instructing professionally for 2 years she has over fourteen years of yoga experience that she integrates into her sessions.
