I got into Fitness through training for Ninja Warrior, realised fitness was a passion of mine and I wanted to help people make the right changes like how fitness helped me. I incorporate bodyweight workouts and callisthenics not only to push people physically but also to train mindset. Each session is different, I never repeat workouts from the previous session making it more enjoyable and challenging for my clients. My workouts include from Strength building, Fat burning, Rep building, Tabata and Abs and core training.
