Amani has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and specialises in Hatha, Hatha flow, Egyptian yoga and Vinyasa flow. Yoga and wellness has been a long time passion of Amani’s and she wants to support others on their own journey through their practice. Each session can be tailored to you and your needs and will not matter if you are a complete beginner or an advanced student. In time, you will notice developments in your practice with Amani and begin to feel the wellness effects of yoga, by energising the body, developing strength, increasing flexibility and relaxation of the body and mind.
