About me

Highly qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for strength and conditioning training and the psychology of the use of music in training. I combine exercise programming with tailored playlists to help enhance clients' stamina, strength and endurance. As a runner, I have found that conditioning has helped greatly with endurance and stress release. My clients can expect a very friendly, and relatively high intensity work out tailored to their level of fitness whilst pushing them towards their goals.
