Specialising in Strength and Conditioning, he uses the psychology of music in his training to create the most effective workout by combining exercise programming with tailored playlists to help enhance clients' stamina, strength and endurance. Sergio’s background as a Music Supervisor for 19 years gives him the advantage of creating the best workout playlists. As a runner, he has found that conditioning has helped greatly with endurance and stress release. Clients can expect a very friendly, and relatively high intensity work out tailored to their level of fitness whilst pushing them towards their goals
