I'm passionate about using Yoga as an aid for stress relief and my sessions always have an underlying tone of relieving stress from the body. I like to bring awareness to the use of breath to focus the mind and as a guide to exploring poses on a deeper level. I love a meditative practice so my top tip is to always start and end the day with at least 5 minutes of deep inhales/exhales to bring a sense of calm into the present moment. I'm also very passionate about mindset work and helping others to enhance their own abilities to upgrade their thoughts and use of language in order to have a more positive outlook on life.
