Bio

I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher, qualified to teach pre and post natal clients, spin and exercise to music, and hold a BA Honours in Contemporary Dance. Having a wide array of disciplines to draw from, my coaching style blends strength training, mobility work, HIIT, mindful movement, and relaxation/breath techniques. This holistic approach to physical training not only offers incredibly effective results but provides an opportunity to understand and respect your body in a way you wouldn’t get with just a gym program. "

Proudest moment as a Trainer:
My proudest moment in fitness was getting my first pull up. It had felt unachievable for so long, but with hard work and determination I got there! No i keep doing more!

Qualification:

  • 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training
  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Instruction
  • BA Hons in Contemporary Dance
