About me

Anna focuses on your core strengthening and weight loss, because of the importance of these two elements for a healthy and fit lifestyle. Anna’s gymnastics background gives her additional body knowledge to her Sports Science degree. Connecting the mind with the body during the sessions to create a positive feeling to keep you motivated is the main goal in Anna’s sessions to achieve progressions. Combined with individually tailored challenges, Anna creates you a creative and results orientated session by getting your deepest muscles activated. To achieve weight loss the combination of cardio and deep muscles’ activation will help you to keep the long-term results and bring your fitness level higher.
