Yoga and meditation for me are the best things one could do for themselves and for those around, how people feel after my sessions is my biggest drive. I guide my students to become the best version of themselves. I aim to live a yogic lifestyle, my classes offer an authentic experience through my strong passion and knowledge of yoga and meditation. I have dedicated the last 4 years to yoga, teaching a wide variety of people with a range of abilities. My sessions are supported by my in depth understanding of the body and breathing techniques, I have experience working with various injuries and medical conditions. I will offer my students tips they can use in their day to day life.
