About me

I had the honour to develop my skills at Birmingham Royal Ballet School. I also spent time performing at the Czech Opera house, this allowed me to showcase my talent across Europe, something I am blessed to have been apart of. This journey pushed me to try new things, Pilates being one of them. I find great satisfaction in the movements, control, and focus applied to this art form. Pilates is a great addition for those who are in training, it can increase strength, flexibility, build stamina and improve your breathing techniques. Alternatively if you want to take some well deserved ‘Me’ time it is a great way to relax and order your thoughts. It is also perfect for those who are recovering from an injury, suffer from headaches, or are exposed to stressful environments.
