My fitness journey began 9 years ago when I discovered my love of kickboxing, I have always been passionate about science and fitness, and knew I wanted to merge the two and go down a route in life that I am extremely passionate about. I have competed in martial arts since I was young and I have competed in a variety competitions. I believe my sessions are enjoyable as well as technical. I make it a main priority to focus on using the correct technique, and my sessions rely heavily on how my client is feeling and what they want to achieve.
