Joe comes from a performance background, and now specialises in Weight Loss Training, Core Strength, Body Conditioning, and Strength Training. Tailored to each client’s needs, dynamic workouts can include weight lifting, HIIT workouts to enhance sports performance, Plyometric, and core workouts just to name a few. Clients can expect to be advised on nutrition, the importance of lowering stress levels, and on training methods. Joe aims to work towards enhancing your well-being by empowering you with the knowledge, skills, support and guidance to assist you on your unique journey to achieving your goals to a healthier lifestyle.
