I have been a professional dancer for 10 years and have performed in multiple West End productions such as Dirty Dancing and The Bodyguard. I found my passion for pilates when I suffered from a injury, my body was limited, yet I was able to overcome any restrictions, this is one of the many wonders of Pilates. Alongside Pilates I also found a love for Barre. This can be practiced anywhere by anyone. Perfect for those who wants to try something new or build on their existing skills. Both Barre and Pilates are a great mix for those who want to add variety to their workout. If you are unsure what Barre consists of, I would say that Barre is more dance based and upbeat than Pilates, yet equally as enjoyable and beneficial, the only way to really find out is to give it a go. I also offer Stretching and Pre/Post Natal sessions, your time with me will help your body and mind feel focused and free. It is important to be patient with yourself, doing a little can change a lot.
