A vinyasa flow mixed with ashtanga to share with others
Tati’s wellness and wellbeing journey started out of her interest in all types of Yoga. When she discovered ashtanga, she developed an understanding of the relationship between breath, movement and the mind. She attests her practice went to another level upon working with Guru Neil Barker who challenged and evolved her practice. Tati completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in New York. Her style has developed into a vinyasa flow mixed with ashtanga to share with others, with love. Her goal for her sessions are to see others transform and emerge just as she did. Tati hopes to help you through your own wellness journey. Tati puts the focus all about the client’s needs in her sessions. She can tailor a powerful yoga class to strengthen the body or deliver a class to focus on relaxation and destress, creating a calmer flow.
