Jenny is a professional dancer and understands the importance of developing core strength, mobility and flexibility. Jenny encourages a regular yoga practice to enhance your physical and mental performance as well as preventing injury. Yoga offers so many styles so Jenny can tailor each session to what you really need; if it's power vinyasa yoga flow to energise the start of your day or a slower hatha based practices to help you unwind, connect and de-stress at the end of a long week. Jenny’s friendly and encouraging approach enables her to teach all levels from beginners to advanced to learn, grow and excel in your training. A collaborative environment where a programme can be built to your training needs. Jenny blends different body conditioning exercises like ballet barre and/or different yoga techniques, to establish personal and achievable workouts. Specific and measurable goals will be set that are testing but still realistic. Celebrating small victories is as important as not being too hard on yourself. The aim is to progress and improve while developing awareness and understanding of your training.
