She prides herself on being meticulous about postural alignment so if you are recovering from injury or returning to exercise after having children, her focus is to deliver safe but appropriately challenging and progressive sessions. She offers a variety of training approaches tailored specifically to your lifestyle and fitness. So, whether you wish to improve cardiovascular fitness, improve strength and coordination, gain muscle, improve your speed, agility and balance, recover from injury or just want to use exercise to achieve a more physically and mentally balanced lifestyle - Michelle will help you do it. Sessions start with realistic smart goal setting that will encourage you to stay on task and keep motivated.
