Katie uses Yoga to strengthen and release the body from any tension. Imagery, meditation and visualisation will also be incorporated within each practice to help one ground both mentally and physically. Katie will create a judgement-free zone with specialised classes tailored to each individual, expect to feel rejuvenated from the inside out.
