Krista has been in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer for many years, conducting energising, challenging and motivating sessions to balance and strengthen your mind and body’. Using different methods of training that she has studied and practiced. Building strength and cardio including HIIT, body weight and ballet fit, Pilates is at the core of her workout. I like to keep my sessions varied, fun and effective. It is important to me to develop a good relationship with my clients so they can get the best out of their sessions. I focus on core strength to build a safe and powerful foundation for your movement. When you develop and connect to your core muscles you move better. I focus on body conditioning to increase your fitness and balance and improve the strength of your muscle tissues. I use coordination for smoother movement and brain function. My sessions are energising to improve your mood and the rest of your day ahead. I focus on technique so you are exercising with purpose and safely.
