About me

Starting being Dance and Personal Trainer, Jessica has an understanding how your body moves and can design sessions connecting the body movements to your breath to create a connection between your body and mind. Jessica’s goal is to have a strong workout session, but to relieve your mind with asana at the end, so that you leave every session with a smile. The bridge in Jessica’s session for energy and relaxation are breathing exercises. Working on your achievable goals, Jessica will tailor workouts towards your energy and fitness level, always focussing on de-stressing and energising your body and mind together.
